今年夏天，富家千金葉紛紛（舒淇 飾）因逃避家人催婚，帶著媽媽留下的「外婆的澎湖灣」錄音帶，打算體驗歌裡的風情，尋找人生的自由。紛紛透過互聯網預訂了一家極其完美的海邊別墅，滿懷幻想地出發。
沒想到住進了阿武（任賢齊 飾）的簡陋民宿，網路上的誇張宣傳，全因朋友們為了幫阿武拓展生意，竟騙了葉紛紛來訪
。氣急敗壞的葉紛紛入住一晚後便嚷著離開，乘船離去時行李卻掉進大海，只能滯留島上。同時，阿武因弟弟投資被騙
，民宿將遭查封，讓他不得不扛起重擔償還高額利息。
一位是挑剔冷酷的千金小姐，一位是隨興熱情的海島男，性格迴異的兩位在這美麗海島相遇，展開了一場輕鬆攪笑的浪漫之旅。
