REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds for any of our products. All products are final sale. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of your purchase on a case-by-case basis. Damaged and/or broken, incorrect products are eligible for exchange within reason. Please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To be eligible for an exchange, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase and the product must be in original condition as you received it.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Orders that have been successfully placed or shipped cannot be cancelled. If there are any extenuating circumstances that require you to cancel your order, please email us at broadcastfantasia@gmail.com. All cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee (after tax).
If you made a mistake and want to adjust your order (e.g. you selected the wrong version for an album), please email us immediately so we can solve this issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they are shipped. For all cancellation inquiries, please email us at broadcastfantasia@gmail.com.
MISSING & DAMAGED INCLUSIONS
Although it's rare, missing or damaged inclusions can happen due to manufacturing errors or defects. We're here to help! Please email us right away at broadcastfantasia@gmail.com.
Please note that if you received your album(s) and find that there are missing or damaged inclusions, an unedited unboxing video is required as proof for any inclusion replacements.
For all approved cases of missing or damaged inclusions, replacement inclusions will arrive between 4-8 weeks.
